05 — Questions
Before you order
Build time is 12 working days from order confirmation, then 4–7 days for delivery within India. You get a build-start email with a photo of your panel being cut, and a tracking link on dispatch. Rush builds (6 days, ₹399) are available on the cart page.
Free within 6 hours of ordering, any time before we start cutting. After that, we can usually still change colour or embroidery text — just reply to your order email. Custom artwork cannot be changed once production begins.
Zipper failure, seam blow-out, strap detachment and hardware faults. Send photos to warranty@packraft.co and we repair or replace the pack. Fabric wear, cuts and damage from overloading are not covered.
We dye fabric in small batches, so there is at most a 3% shade variation between batches. Every order includes a daylight photo of your finished pack. If the colour is off for your taste, we re-dye within 30 days at no cost.
Yes — choose “Custom artwork print” in the personalisation step and describe your design (or email the file to studio@packraft.co with your order number). We send a digital proof for approval before printing. One colour screen print, up to 20 × 12 cm.
We ship to 14 countries; international orders take 8–14 working days and duties are calculated at checkout. Unpersonalised packs can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Personalised packs are returnable only for defects.
